Made in America with Cuban parts. Fortunate son of immigrant parents. Dad, a cerebral man of Zen.  Mom, the neighborhood bookie keeping the dream alive with “la bolita”.In over two decades, I’ve covered the sporting life both on and off the field. This gives me a unique collection of stories and perspective on life.  Not to mention a deep appreciation for cigars, scotch, the female form and nailing that three team parlay.  Los Angeles raised, Midwest educated and Miami living.
